大阪関西万博に向けて、海外VIPの来訪に備え、屋上の旗ポールも活用することとなりました。
大きな旗を掲揚する必要があり、地上だけではスペースが足りないため、急遽屋上のポールも使用することに。
To prepare for the upcoming Osaka-Kansai Expo, rooftop flagpoles are now being utilized to accommodate visiting foreign VIPs.
With many large flags to be flown, the space on the ground level was no longer sufficient.
🔧 作業前の課題（Initial Challenges）
屋上の旗ポールは設置場所が高所で狭く、特に女性職員では大きな旗を取り付ける際に、手すりに登らないと届かない危険な状態でした。
これは非常に危険で、落下のリスクもあるため、対策が必要でした。
The rooftop location was difficult to access and posed a safety risk, especially for female staff.
In order to attach large flags, they would have to climb the railing, which was extremely dangerous.
🛠 ワイヤー延長で解決！（Solved by Extending the Wire!）
現場調査を実施しその結果をもとに旗のワイヤーを延長する改修提案を行いました。
An on-site investigation was carried out, and based on the results, we proposed a modification to extend the flag wires.

現地で慎重にポール根元部の調整を行いながら、一つずつ改修提案作業を実施。
２０本すべての旗ポールに対して、安全対策を講じました
これにより、立ったままでも安全に旗の着脱が可能になりました。
無事にすべてのポールが使いやすくなり、お客様からも「安心して使えるようになった」とのお声をいただきました。
While carefully adjusting the base of each pole on-site, we carried out the improvement work one by one.
Safety measures were implemented for all 20 flagpoles.
As a result, flags can now be safely attached and detached while standing.
All poles have become easier to use, and we received positive feedback from the client saying, "We can now use them with peace of mind."
