京都市にて、株式会社サンポール様製ワイヤー式旗ポール「ＦＨＨ（ペーパーポールタイプ）」の修理を行いました。
We carried out a repair project for a flagpole in Kyoto.
The pole is a Sunpole FHH (wire-type, internal system),known for its sleek design and clean appearance.
このタイプは、内部ワイヤー構造によるスッキリしたデザインが特徴で、風を受けると冠頭部がベアリングで回転し、どの方向からの風でも旗がきれいになびく構造です。
This model features a rotating top with bearings,allowing the flag to follow wind direction smoothly.
◇不具合の状況/Condition of the malfunction
今回の点検では、以下のような経年劣化が確認されました。
- ワイヤーの劣化/Worn wire
- 内部部材の摩擦/Internal component deterioration
- 回転・昇降の動作不良/Reduced movement performance
◇実施した作業内容/Work Performed
劣化状況に合わせて、以下の作業を行いました。
- ワイヤー交換/Wire replacement
- 冠頭部内部の部材点検・交換/Internal head inspection & parts replacement
- 昇降・回転動作の調整/Movement adjustment

◇作業のポイントKey Points of the Work
今回は高所作業車を使用し、安全を最優先に作業をすすめました。
For safety, a bucket truck (aerial work platform) was used.
FHHタイプは内部構造のため、外観がきれいでも内部の劣化が進んでいるケースが多いのが特徴です。
分解・交換を行い、スムーズに動作する状態へ復旧しました。
Since FHH systems are internal,hidden deterioration is common and often overlooked.
We disassembled key components and restored smooth operation.
◇施工後 After Work
交換・調整が完了し、旗の昇降・回転ともにスムーズに動作するようになりました。
The system is now fully functional and safe.
内部は見えない分、劣化に気づきにくいものです。
「動きが重い」「異音がする」などの症状があれば、早めの点検をおすすめします。
Even if a flagpole looks fine externally,internal parts may be deteriorating over time.
If you notice stiffness or unusual noise,early inspection is highly recommended.
