【施工事例】150Kgの重量物を安全に設置！河川スクリーンの取替工事

今回は、経年劣化により朽ち果ててしまった「河川スクリーン（除塵スクリーン）」の


取替工事を行いました。

Today, we are sharing our recent project: replacing a rusty and worn-out river screen (debris screen)

🔩施工プロセス

新しいスクリーンの重量は約１５０Kg。非常に重く、足場の限られた河川敷での作業は


一筋縄ではいきません。

The new screen weighs about 150kg. It is very heavy, and working near the river
with limited space is always a challenge.

そこで今回は、力任せに動かすのではなく「てこの原理」などを活用しながら


慎重に川へ降ろして設置しました。

Instead of using brute force, we used the principle of leverage.
Utilizing the existing concrete wall, we carefully lowered it into the river without causing any damage.

また、役目を終えた古いスクリーンは、そのまま引き上げるのが難しいため


ガス切断で細かく分割してから安全に撤去しました。

The old screen was difficult to lift out in one piece,
so we cut it into smaller pieces using gas torches and removed it safely

現場の状況を見極め、これまで培ってきた知恵と経験を活かすことで、無事に安全・確実な


取替工事が完了しました。

By carefully checking the site conditions and using our experience,
we successfully and safely completed the replacement!
