長年親しまれてきた公園の木製パーゴラを、新しい金属製パーゴラへとリニューアルする工事が始まりました。
前半戦では既存の梁のサビを丁寧に除去し、防錆のための下塗りと仕上げ塗装までを紹介します。
The long-standing wooden pergola in the park, loved by many over the years, is now undergoing renovation to become a brand-new metal structure.
In this first phase, we're carefully removing rust from the existing beams and moving on to apply anti-rust primer followed by a finishing coat of paint.

既存の梁にはサビが広がり、
風合いのあるレンガ調の柱との色合いが合わず
せっかくの公園の景観が残念な印象に…
Rust had spread across every beam, spoiling the look of the brick pillars and the whole park area.
安全柵を設置し危険防止に
✨ケレン作業 / Rust Removal
築年数が経過したため広範囲に錆が発生しています。
錆を完全に除去するために、ディスクグラインダーとワイヤーブラシを駆使して丁寧に実施。
着実に錆を削ぎ落としていきます。
Due to the building’s age, extensive rust has developed across the metal surfaces.
To ensure complete removal, we’re meticulously performing surface treatment using both a disc grinder and wire brush.
The rust is being steadily stripped away, revealing the clean, solid base beneath.
✨使用材料 / Materials
ケレン作業後に「２液エポキシ系錆止め（左）と「ウレタン樹脂上塗り」を使用します。
After surface prep we applied a two-part epoxy primer followed by a durable urethane top-coat.
✨下塗り～上塗り / Priming & Painting
梅雨の合間を見計らい、絶好のタイミングで防錆プライマーから中塗り、そしてウレタントップを一気に施工
天候を味方につけ工程もスムーズです。
✨ここまでの成果 / Progress So Far
黒の仕上げ塗装が、レンガと緑豊かな植栽を引き立てるシックな外観に仕上がっています。
いよいよ次回は、工場で製作された屋根パネルを架設予定。
