🛠 鉄棒の補修・塗装工事
Horizontal Bar Maintenance and Painting
今回は、公園内に設置されている鉄棒のケレン作業・錆止め・本塗装を実施しました。
屋外に設置されているため、年月とともにサビや塗装の剥がれが目立ち、安全性と景観の両面から補修が必要な状態でした。
The horizontal bars in the park underwent rust removal, priming, and repainting.
Due to long-term exposure to the elements, rust and peeling paint had developed,
requiring maintenance for both safety and appearance.
① ケレン作業（下地処理）
塗装前に、古い塗膜やサビを削り取る作業を丁寧に行いました。
Old paint and rust were carefully scraped off to prepare the surface for painting.
② 錆止め塗装作業（2 3枚目）
サビの進行を防ぐため、下塗りとして防錆塗料を塗布しました。
An anti-corrosion primer was applied to prevent future rusting.
🛠 滑り台の補修・塗装工事
Slide Repair and Painting
滑り台では、使用によりステップ部分に穴あきが見られたため、まずは溶接による補修を行いました。
その後、鉄棒と同様にバリ取り、ケレン、錆止め、本塗装の流れで作業を完了しました。
The slide had developed holes near the steps, which were repaired by welding.
This was followed by grinding, rust removal, priming, and painting to complete the restoration.
④ 溶接補修作業 （4 5 6枚）
穴あき部分に対して金属板を当ててしっかりと溶接し、強度を回
Metal plates were welded over the damaged areas to restore strength.
