今回は、公園に設置されたブランコの座椅子部分とチェーンの交換、そして塗装工事を実施しました。
チェーンから新しい座椅子までを一式交換し、強度の維持と子どもたちの安全確保を第一に考えた工事です。
We carried out replacement of the swing seats and chains, along with a full repainting of the playground swing set.
The primary goal was to maintain structural strength and ensure safety for children using the swing.
🔧 工事の流れ Workflow of the Repair
1.既存チェーン・座椅子の撤去
老朽化した部品を丁寧に取り外します。

2.新しいチェーンの取り付け（溶接）
支柱部にしっかりとチェーンを固定し、溶接で強度を確保。Installation of new chains via welding
3.バリ取り処理
溶接後の突起や鋭利な部分を削り、安全性を高めます。
Grinding and smoothing (deburring) of welded areas
4.全体の塗装作業
金属の劣化を防ぎ、美観も維持するための仕上げ工程です。
